- Committed Marco's comment module patch:
+ Dramatically improves performance of large discussions/threads: only
very few SQL queries are required.
+ Replaces custom pager with standard pager.
Modifications by me:
+ Reworded some code comments.
+ Removed dependencies on pager internals.
